What does Dust Bandit do for the rider?
Worn on the face; it keeps dust, dirt, sand, bugs, and roost out of your nose and mouth;
overall your face stays clean.
The rider gets full back of neck protection from the sun that just can't be
achieved with a tied bandana. Cheeks and face are protected from sun and wind burn. Dust Bandit is cotton.
It does not start to fall down when the rider is going fast.
Worn on the head; Dust Bandit keeps the helmet
dry, provides wind and sun protection to the ears, and with no more knot to dig into the back of the neck
when wearing a helmet there is no more headache.
How do I wear a Dust Bandit?
As a face filter: center the triangle to your nose and attach hook and loop at base of neck.
After wearing the Dust Bandit for a little while it will shape itself to the curves of your nose
and will only become more comfortable with time.
As a skullcap:center to forehead and attach hook and
loop at back of head then tuck in and smooth the back.
As a sweatband: lie flat then fold three or four
times to get desired look, center at forehead and attach at back of head. Smooth with hands on sides.
All three ways are fully adjustable with helmet and gloves on and with one hand.
REMEMBER! THE LARGE PIECE OF THE HOOK AND LOOP ATTACHMENT SHOULD ALWAYS BE ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR HEAD!
How do I care for my Dust Bandit?
Machine wash in warm or cool water. If you have a flag or any red bandana, wash your Dust Bandit
in warm water the first time to set the cold water dye and don't wash with light colors.
Dust Bandits can be put in the drier, but for best results remove after five minutes or hang or flat dry.
REMEMBER! CLOSE THE HOOK AND LOOP BEFORE WASHING TO PREVENT PICKING UP LINT OR SNAGGING CLOTHES!
What else?
Soak in ice cold water and wear for cooling. And for cool nights, it will keep you warm.
When Dust Bandit gets wet from persperation, attach to handlebars for a few minutes to dry.
Dust Bandit is great anytime you need to wear a helmet.

Inventor testimonial:
I ride as much as possible and I just got tired of breathing dust and eating bugs.
So my solution was to wear a bandana. All kinds of problems arose. Stretching caused improper fit,
the knot was difficult to undo with gloves and helmet on. I always had a headache from the knot
digging into the back of my neck. When I broke my hand and was unable to tie a knot,
the Hook and Loop solved all the problems.
